Tara Lynn-Charendoff Strong (b. 1973) is a Canadian-born actress, and singer, best known for her voice acting in animated films, television, and video games. Strong voiced Dot on the Dog City cartoon.

Strong is best known as the voice of Bubbles on The Powerpuff Girls, Melody in The Little Mermaid II: Return to the Sea, Timmy Turner on Nickelodeon's The Fairly OddParents, and Twilight Sparkle on The Hub's My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic.
