"Tall Short Texans" is a Sesame Street song contrasting two tall and short cowboys (voiced respectively by Paul Jacobs and Jerry Nelson) and showing how both can work together. Throughout the song, they’re backed up by a trio of singing cows. The segment was animated by Joey Ahlbum.

The song was later remade for the album Elmo's Lowdown Hoedown, sung by Big Bird and Elmo.
