Picture	Segment	Description
	SCENE 1	Niki is hanging a framed picture on the wall. She calls Tingo to get her a hammer. The hammer was high on a bookshelf and Tingo tries to reach it. After many tries to get the hammer, Tingo tells Niki that he cannot reach and that he is too short.
	Animation	Computer: tall / short (on-screen word of “Tall” and “Short” added)
	SCENE 2	Niki says she can get the hammer and easily grabs the hammer off the bookshelf. Then Niki ask Tingo if he can placed the framed picture on the wall for her and Tingo gladly agrees to help. When Tingo went up the ladder to place the framed picture on the wall, he couldn’t reach the spot that Niki wants the picture to go and replies that he is too short. Niki laughs and replies that Tingo is not short, but the right size for a Tingo.
	Song	Girls wish they were "Short or Tall".
	SCENE 3	Tingo found some platform shoes that can make him tall.
	Animation	Shoes dance to a square dance tune.
	SCENE 4	Niki laughs when she sees Tingo on the platform shoes and Tingo tells her that he is tall. Niki ask Tingo to help her in her room and Tingo trips after taking one step. Niki replies that Tingo doesn’t need to be tall to help her out.
	Muppets	The Mostly Monster Festival Choral Society presents "The Alphabet, Theme and Variations," by Mozart. (introduction cut and on-screen alphabet added)

	SCENE 5	Tingo decides to give up on using the shoes and decides to be short again. At that moment, Izzy comes by and ask Tingo to help get his kite that is stuck in the bush. Izzy replies that he is short and Tingo is tall to reach the kite. Tingo feels happy and gladly helps Izzy get his kite from the bush. Then they both fly the kite together.
