- Good catch, George. I fixed it. It was just stray code. -- Andrew Leal (talk) 03:07, November 9, 2012 (UTC)
Only counts if the person in question appeared with their character(s) or talking about their character(s) / show(s), right? I saw Geoffrey Holder on there, but he appeared as himself. George B. (talk) 00:47, 30 January 2007 (UTC)
- I think we could have a separate "Connections" section, listing people who appeared on the show who have been connected to the Muppets at one time or another. We have that for Superman, Agatha Christie, etc. -- Danny (talk) 00:51, 30 January 2007 (UTC)
"1950 to 1967"?
Surely it must have run longer than that, since Kermit and Big Bird wouldn't have made those appearances BEFORE Sesame Street began. I'm guessing it ended around 1973 or so.--MuppetVJ 23:38, 29 January 2006 (UTC)
- You're right about that. The article seems to be referring only to the network version on CBS. It resurfaced in early 1968 as a syndicated series, albeit with only Arlene Francis returning. This version, with a greater emphasis on "slapstick," which is both apparent in the Sesame sketches and no doubt explains why the Muppets would be on at all, ran until 1975. --Andrew, Aleal 23:46, 29 January 2006 (UTC)
