Title

I saw this at the Museum of Television and Radio, and the notes I took say "Muppets, Inc. presents The Land of Tinkerdee featuring Darryl and Rufus". I'm usually really good with my note-taking, but I want to make sure before I change the title of the article to "The Land of Tinkerdee". Does anybody have info on the show, or do I need to go back to MTR? -- Danny (talk) 12:16, 28 September 2006 (UTC)

UCLA archives only includes the phrase "Land of Tinkerdee," but that doesn't necessarily prove anything, as the article "the" may well have been omitted. I know I'm willing to trust your notes, but if you're able to go back to the museum, the more the better. I already added everything which I gleaned from UCLA's database (Darryl Ferreira, the live actor, was apparently a San Francisco puppeteer and actor). -- Andrew Leal (talk) 12:30, 28 September 2006 (UTC)
I'm vague on the memory, but hearing the announcer introduce the viewer to "The Land of the Tinker-dee" sounds more right in my head. (the dash is for the enunciation, not the on-screen spelling) — Scott (talk) 22:21, 28 September 2006 (UTC)
