"Live" detailsEdit

Does anybody have the original Columbia issue of this album? Does it mention where and when it was recorded? I just got a copy of the SS reissue, and while the back cover says "Live show produced by David Connell", I was wondering if this was actually a performance somewhere that we could dig up more information on.
