One Year Rule?Edit

So news of this came out in spring 2011, nothing since. Normally this would be an easy one-year rule situation. However, it *does* take longer with the international co-productions (even those that have been established have been known to take a few years to produce the next season). Should we allow any leeway for that, or just move into Unfinished unless anything surfaces? While I'd sort of like to be generous in this case, I'm mostly leaning towards Unfinished (plus makes it easier if we don't make exceptions).
