Two Pictures that don't belong on this page
There are a few pictures on this page that are earlier than season 14. First of all, the top picture with the group of characters. I know for a fact that this picture is from before then because it was included in The Art of the Muppets (book), which was written in 1980. And then there's the picture of Othmar the Grouch. That whole episode with him can't have been from season 14. There's a small piece of evidence to confirm this- Olivia. Notice how she still has long, braided hair in that episode. By the time season 14 rolled around, she had already gotten a haircut. And this was true as early as the premiere episode. Garrettk41 04:26, November 28, 2010 (UTC)
- The top image was a clunky addition on my behalf. The only real reason I put it here was because I saw the same photograph in Jim Henson: The Works where it was dated 1983; whereas I figured to put it on the page since the 14th season was during ‘83 and, by shear coincidence, there were fourteen Muppets in the photograph. Since it’s proven that the image has no relevance to the page, and since it’s not a good picture in terms of quality anyway, I’ll gladly take it out and put it into temporary retirement.
- The Othmar episode, on the other hand, is apparently from Season 14. The 40 years DVD’s behind the scenes look at the episode (on Disc 2, under Bonus Behind The Street Scenes) mentions it being from Season 14. Perhaps it was filmed earlier in the year? -- Jon (talk) 14:00, November 29, 2010 (UTC)
- Well, I suppose that's possible, though even the DVDs have made a few mistakes regarding what season a sketch came from. Still, I guess we can leave it here for now. We should try to find out the truth, though. And thanks for getting rid of the other picture. Garrettk41 14:54, November 29, 2010 (UTC)
