Inspiration

Is this actually a spoof of Spamalot, or is it more a take-off of the musical Camelot, an arguably better-known show which existed for decades before Spamalot? -- Ryan (talk) 18:40, 10 December 2006 (UTC)

I haven't seen the sketch, but according to the Sesame Workshop presskit, and they should know, it's Spamalot. No mention of Camelot at all. Representing the "current pop culture" half of this seasons spoofs, alongside more venerable targets like Man of La Mancha. -- Andrew Leal (talk) 19:08, 10 December 2006 (UTC)
