Ok, I watched both movies and combed the credits, and there is no listing of the creature shop at all. Do we want to pull the information on the movie, and just leave the references, mentions, trivia and connections for now? Do we have anyone from the creature shop we can contact? Perhaps this is a case like Looney Tunes: Back in Action, where the work done never made it to the screen? -- Nate (talk) 16:07, June 25, 2010 (UTC)

What's the source for the Creature Shop being involved in the first place? β€”Scott (talk) 00:03, July 12, 2010 (UTC)
Quite a few things. We already had David Barrington-Holt's page listed as a as Creative Supervisor/Character Design. There was a whole conversation at Talk:Hanna-Barbera about it as well, including links to websites that seem credible and uncredible (such as IMDb). -- Nate (talk) 00:54, July 12, 2010 (UTC)
Here's our source for the David Barrington-Holt page. Looks like it was pasted from a bio. So, perhaps Henson did some preliminary work that was handed over to another studio. For example, they might have created the sculpture seen on the Spanish blog and then another company used that as reference to build the digital model. Pure speculation on my part due to the lack of their presence in the credits. So we should really get a better source. Either DBH or someone else at Henson to clarify. β€”Scott (talk) 01:11, July 12, 2010 (UTC)

Swedish Chef reference

Well, maybe I'm crazy but in "The Mystery Begins" there is a scene with a ghost coming out of a microwave and if I remember right this ghost looked a lot like the Swedish Chef. The problem is that it was a while ago since I watched it so I'm not sure. Perhaps you guys know something about it, otherwise I'll watch again to find out :) BlueFrackle 22:41, July 11, 2010 (UTC)

A screenshot or online video would be helpful. Even then, it may just be a coincidence, and would more heavily rely on some circumstance in the scene to back it up as a reference. β€”Scott (talk) 00:02, July 12, 2010 (UTC)

2 things

We should find out what Henson did for this specifically. I don't think they did the full character animation for Scooby. Also, the page for the movie should be separate from the page for the franchise with the references. For example, the way we've broken down Where the Wild Things Are, Harry Potter and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. β€”Scott (talk) 00:04, May 7, 2010 (UTC)
