Page 127 of Gerald S. Lesser's book Children and Television: Lessons from Sesame Street identifies the character as "Roosevelt Franklin's Mother." One could always move her to Mrs. Franklin, I suppose, but in a text by the CTW advisory board chairman, I think it counts as an official title. Andrew Leal (talk) 06:24, 30 May 2006 (UTC)
