New episodes

There's apparently new episodes...

... so should this reincarnation have its own article, or be tacked onto existing content? -- Zanimum 15:51, 18 December 2006 (UTC)

It was already mentioned, but a user came and took it out, along with a lot of other confusing changes, and I haven't been able to fix it yet. And no, it doesn't need its own article, unless there's actually a title change. We used the same approach to Barrio Sesamo. -- Andrew Leal (talk) 16:59, 18 December 2006 (UTC)
Or double checking, he didn't, though some things do need to be fixed. It's discussed right above the Hebrew names section. -- Andrew Leal (talk) 17:02, 18 December 2006 (UTC)
But, do we know if any of the puppeteers, dubbers, humans, or crew are the same? -- Zanimum 18:53, 18 December 2006 (UTC)

Hebrew

Just a few thoughts for this page: "Hebrew and English were spoken on the program, and it was common to see American Muppet skits alternate between characters dubbed in Hebrew and speaking in the original English. "

Actually, I believe this was only the case for the Shalom Sesame video set designed for America audiences. From what I've seen and read about, including clips on YouTube, everything dubbed on Rechov Sumsum was in Hebrew but didn't alternate to original English.

"Violinist Itzhak Perlman was a frequent guest star. Other guest stars included American actors Sarah Jessica Parker, Jerry Stiller and Bonnie Franklin. Even Oscar the Grouch himself guest starred on the Israeli street."

Similar to above. Do we want to include this info, from the Shalom Sesame VHS/DVD set, to the Rechov Sumsum page itself?

Actually, that info is already on the page. In the beginning, the two were identical in text. I did a little work on fixing it, but was unsure on some details. So yeah, go ahead and remove those passages. Andrew Leal (talk) 14:57, 17 June 2006 (UTC)
