Nope. He was built specifically for Germany. However, you may be thinking of Marian, who has similar markings (and is likewise distinct from the standard Fred/Buster style horse) but is fairly clearly not the same puppet. -- Andrew Leal (talk) 02:27, May 4, 2011 (UTC)
