About the Angel...

Is the angel who visits the greaser his "guardian angel" or his "guiding angel"? I have seen it listed as both names on various sites, and although it's hard to tell by listening to the clip (it sounds like it could go either way), it sounds a little more like they are saying "guardian angel". However, "guiding" seems to be the more commonly used word. Does anyone know which it's supposed to be? Also, this is slightly off topic, but how did they get away with saying "I wish I was dead" on Sesame Street? (If you scroll down to the comments on the Youtube page, you'll see that various people wonder about this.)Lycanthrope777 08:33, 21 December 2006 (UTC)

"Guardian Angel" is the more typical usage. The only thing I object to in the phrase "I wish I was dead" is the incorrect grammar, given the context of the song. -- Wendy (talk) 06:45, 21 December 2006 (UTC)
It's "guiding." --MuppetVJ 07:22, 21 December 2006 (UTC)
This is exactly what I was talking about- people can't make up their mind about which word it is. Lol I think that's hilarious! Also, I don't object to them saying "I wish I was dead", I'm just surprised they were allowed to make that type of reference to death on Sesame Street. Lycanthrope777 08:33, 21 December 2006 (UTC)
It sounds like "guiding" to me. -- Brad D. (talk) 08:42, 21 December 2006 (UTC)
