I'm confused about when this show started. The article says 1990, but Michael added that the 1988 video added "new linking material." —Scott (talk) 20:02, 24 October 2007 (UTC)

Production started in 1987 on the series (the London team started work once production on Labyrinth cooled down and the pilot was filmed in 87). The first release of any material in 1988 as part of the Play Along video series. But it wasn't until 1990 that the whole show was picked up by Disney Channel and televisied as a series. -- Brad D. Yeah, it was original material created for the VHS in otder to link the collection of episodes together -- when those episodes aired on Disney (or were included in future video releases) that extra footage was not included. -- Brad D. (talk) 20:30, 24 October 2007 (UTC)
