In the recent Current events discussion, we said that we wouldn't give the disambig page the actual character name if one character is clearly more important than another. I think this case is one of those -- Mimi is a main character on Ghost of Faffner Hall, while Mimi (doll) is a doll that we never even heard of before finding it in a trivia game. I would propose making this page "Mimi", and making the disambig page "Mimi (disambiguation)", or maybe even just having a "See also" at the bottom linking to "Mimi (doll)". -- Danny (talk) 12:49, 5 June 2007 (UTC)
- I didn't think one Mimi was more notable than the other, so I didn't see that one should be more prominent than the other. But if someone's got another opinion about who's more notable, a move may be in order. The Ghost Mimi was in 13 episodes of TV at the very most. Can we figure out how often Mimi the doll has been seen? I've never seen her personally, but I never really watched that era of Sesame Street. She could be in dozens of episodes for all I know. —Scott (talk) 13:22, 5 June 2007 (UTC)
- I think a character outranks a prop anyday, unless the prop is notably prominent, ala Rocco (who Mimi seems to predate). The fact that none of us heard of her says a lot. -- Andrew Leal (talk) 13:56, 5 June 2007 (UTC)

What more is there to know about Mimi, I wonder? I've only seen a few episodes so far. --MuppetVJ 04:26, 2 April 2007 (UTC)
