Apparently this character appeared in Episode 26 of From the Balcony. Who is he? What was his occupation/gag? Performer info may be tricky, depending on whether viewers can effectively distinguish between Drew Massey and Victor Yerrid, but the page could use a basic description at least, in addition to the image.
