Demonstrably false. Even if a movie had been in the works at the time (there's rumors about it *now*, in connection with the 10th anniversary, but nothing more), the death of a single voice actress, even an important one, would hardly have been the deciding factor (they recorded new Luna dialogue for the stage show/video, for example). -- Andrew Leal (talk) 04:11, 21 November 2006 (UTC)

Okay, thanks for that point. Just reading now the continuation of the allegation "According to Tara Mooney ('Shadow'), who was interviewed by Ray D'Arcy on Ireland's Today FM in 2005, "the crew's hearts just weren't in it anymore" after Thigpen's death." -- Zanimum 15:55, 25 November 2006 (UTC)

Sounds like standard unverifiable Wikipedia nonsense, particularly if they didn't provide a source. (And offhand, I'm highly doubting that they did.) George B. (talk) 15:57, 25 November 2006 (UTC)
