Jim Henson and Junior GorgEdit

The Life Image Search on Google has pictures of Jim Henson and Junior Gorg standing on the staircase of (I think) the old Henson townhouse. There's a bunch of pictures from the shoot there. Does anyone know when the photo was printed in Life? -- Danny (talk) 03:15, October 18, 2009 (UTC)

It's possible that they never appeared in the magazine. They may have purchased someone else's library (as such things happen), or it could have been merged from a Time database. —Scott (talk) 04:54, October 18, 2009 (UTC)

Actually, Danny, you uploaded a similar picture in color on both Jim Henson's and Junior Gorg's pages. Do you remember where you got that from? -- Ken (talk) 05:26, October 18, 2009 (UTC)

According to the Henson Company Twitter account:

"The Jim and Junior photo was taken Jan. 6 '83 for the HBO Fraggle Rock press launch at the old NY ofc on 69th Street."

Thanks, Brad! Ken -- I got the other one from the image search on Life.com. (They thought his name was "Grog".) I think the only place I've seen any of these printed is in the children's biography The Story of Jim Henson. It's credited there to AP/Wide World Photos. -- Danny (talk) 18:25, October 18, 2009 (UTC)
