To "The" Or Not To "The?"
The official name of the band is "Jonas Brothers," not "The Jonas Brothers." Should the "The" be removed from the title of the article, or is it just one of those things that is implied when a band ends in a plural (such as Eurythmics, who specifically state they are not THE Eurythmics, for example) even though it's not part of the name officially? - Well, the page is less about the band as an entity than about the brothers themselves in the plural (in which case a "the" is always involved, see also the Andrews Sisters), so I'm not sure if a page move is needed. However, you probably know more about this stuff than most of us, so feel free to tweak the text a bit to clarify that their group name is specifically just "Jonas Brothers." -- Andrew Leal (talk) 01:44, 4 August 2008 (UTC)
