Photo QuestionEdit

the starEdit

I've only seen bits and pieces of WubbWorld, but I at least know that a kangaroo wasn't the star. Do we have more information on this character, or can we delete for now? —Scott (talk) 22:35, 3 April 2007 (UTC)

When all the stubs for regular Weubbulous World characters were created, they all used "the star"; I think Dean just copied it from a single page, as was his wont. There's a fair amount of info on the character, I just don't have time to add it. But off the top of my head, she's the mother of Junior Kangaroo, snooty, and a character taken from the book Horton Hears a Who (where she was just "the sour kangaroo") and the name "Jane" was borrowed from the Chuck Jones animated special based on the book. "The star" is pointless. Dean's insanity; it was probably the stub tag for The Cat in the Hat, and he just copied it for all the other regular or recurring characters. Just most have been expanded by now.
