It looks like Lemmon's only direct connection to the Muppets is appearing in the "all-star cast" of The Earth Day Special. The Muppets' appearance on that special was in an insert sketch; they didn't interact with any of the rest of the celebrities.

So -- I can see Lemmon being in Celebrity References, but not Celebrities -- and therefore shouldn't appear on Academy Award winners or in Connections lists like The Odd Couple. Anybody have thoughts? -- Danny (talk) 19:08, March 8, 2010 (UTC)

Yeah, I agree. In fact I thought we'd taken him out (but I guess we did leave him in just because of that special, where Walter Matthau didn't even have the indirect connection). -- Andrew Leal (talk)
