Same Puppet?Edit

The article says Ingrid was the same puppet as Mona, Frieda, and Juliet. However the picture on this page shows Ingrid as having purple fur/hair, a green nose and brown eyelashes; meanwhile the images on Mona/Fredia/Juliet show a puppet with blue fur/hair, a yellow nose, and blue lashes. Did they somehow recolor the puppet or is Ingid a different puppet (based on the same pattern/design)? -- Brad D. (talk) 13:22, March 9, 2012 (UTC)

Keep in mind the Ingrid pic here is not of the actual puppet in action. It's a photo puppet. Plus the puppet probably did change a little over time between transition from one character to another. Still quite possible it's just the same pattern, but for a really accurate comparison, you'd need to find an actual Ingrid skit clip and, ideally, the latest possible image from the previous incarnation. At most, a rewording to pattern is all that's needed but it's pretty obvious that they turned one into the other, whether with slight alterations (as is common) or not. -- Andrew Leal (talk) 18:54, March 9, 2012 (UTC)

I'm convinced that it is the same pattern with slightly different features. Though, I think the coloring on the left picture seems to be a bit off, which may be why her fur/hair looks purple. -- Jon (talk) 20:10, March 9, 2012 (UTC)

I checked some clips for comparison. The Ingrid puppet in the clips I found is not as purple as she appears in the picture here (either it's a different puppet/poser here or it's a trick/distortion of the particular photo); however Mona/Fredia/Juliet clearly has a yellow nose that is the same color as her horns, while Ingrid's nose is different and more greenish. Also the eyes/lashes are slightly different on Ingrid. It may be a whole new puppet, or just a tweak/update of the old puppet; I don’t know. I'm going to reword the article since we don't know if she is the same physical puppet as the others (just refurbished/updated) or if she's a new puppet with a similar design. -- Brad D.
