Per the below discussion, this is not a list of recurring sketches, but rather a Character Variants list. Most of the entries here specifically describe a particular sketch. Where at all possible, the descriptions should be moved to the corresponding Grover Sketches page. I would do it myself, but I have no idea what season any of these appeared in.
- Additionally, I'm suggesting that sketch descriptions be moved to Grover Sketches even in those cases where he only appeared inthat job once. Otherwise, the page looks unbalanced. — Scott (talk) 19:47, 30 October 2006 (UTC)
- I've found one that was already chronicled at Grover Sketches. See the entry on this article for Singing Telegram to see how I listed the known sketches -- basically I linked directly to that sketch description on the appropriate season page using a DIV tag. Check the edit code there and ask here if you have any questions. — Scott (talk) 20:25, 30 October 2006 (UTC)
- Okay, I also just created links for all the saleman jobs. They were easy to find by looking to see what pther pages were using that image. The three with no image currently have just the ink to Grover Sketches. If anyone knows what season they were in, the descriptions are parked below. — Scott (talk) 22:20, 30 October 2006 (UTC)
- Wow, so I guess all those sketches already were on the proper Grover Sketches pages. Which further justifies Grover's Jobs becoming a list. Anyway, this discussion with myself should serve to stand as a guide for how this page should work and its evolution. — Scott (talk) 23:08, 30 October 2006 (UTC)
I started this page a long time ago so that the wiki would have some sort of guide to sketches where Grover has a job. Since then, there has been a Grover Sketches page, compiling nearly every Grover sketch by season, with a few exceptions (Super Grover, Waiter Grover, Global Grover, etc). Since all/ most of these are included in the Grover Sketches pages, should we change this to just be a mere list, and change the category from Sesame Street Recurring Sketches to Sesame Street Lists, or leave it as is? --Minor muppetz 15:30, 28 October 2006 (UTC)
