The article says that "Since his colleague Mel Blanc passed away in 1989, Welker has performed Dino the Dinosaur in all new Flintstones projects". All new animated Flintstones projects, but also any projects to use new audio soundtracks. Both Creature Shop Flintstones did something unusual, and just recycled Mel Blanc's original audio tracks.
