Who's the other performer?

Now that we have the behind the scenes picture, and we even know that Frank Oz wasn't actually puppeteering Grover in this one, who's the guy operating the Pumpkin-Orange boy? Looks like it might be Steve Whitmire to me. Either way, if we know, it should be added into the article. Garrettk41 02:39, August 31, 2011 (UTC)

Considering Steve wasn't really part of Sesame Street until he took over Ernie. - Oscarfan 12:59, August 31, 2011 (UTC)
Well, not an official part, anyway, but it did on occasion happen that a non-regular puppeteer would make an appearance on another show just to help out. Dave Goelz and Louise Gold for instance. So it could be that Steve came in to lend a hand to this number. Garrettk41 23:35, August 31, 2011 (UTC)
Or, if not Steve, perhaps Michael Earl Davis? Garrettk41 01:01, November 22, 2011 (UTC)

I was thinking about this the other day (and was considering bringing it up myself if it hadn't already been), but does anyone think it's Jim Kroupa?

Also, I noticed the same puppeteer is performing Elmo in this photo heading the chapter "Happy to Meet You" in the 40 years book. ---- Jesse (talk) 00:09, August 7, 2012 (UTC)
