The majority of viewers say it's Judith Ivey, and I can confirm it as well. When TVGuide.com released an article about SS's 35 anniversary, listing in alphabetical order 26 celebrities and their contributions, Judith Ivey's name was there. Her description for what she did says that she sings "When I Grow Up" with Maria (also implying that the segment is an insert, as it doesn't seem to mention anything related to the show's major plot), and sure enough, the song is there.
