Writer and Director?

I have this episode recorded on one of my VHS tapes, however, right before the "final thought of the day" (you know, right after the Goodbye Song), it cuts off to another episode ("Scientific Bear"), so as for the writer and director of the episode...me not sure. Though I wanna say Mitchell Kriegman wrote and directed it, but I'm still not sure.

Does anyone else have this episode? If so, can someone tell me who wrote and directed the episode for sure?
