Someone recently added to Inside Jokes that Dog's design was re-used for one of Sid's plush toys in Sid the Science Kid. I think it's a pretty reasonable claim, so I'm parking an image here. Muppet vs CreatureEdit

So, should Dog be considered a Muppet or a Creature? By the standards on Muppet vs Creature, he would be considered a Muppet. He's a talking hand-stuffed animal ala Rugby Tiger, and thus, "stylized, simplified, and symbolic", and as far as I recall operated as a basic hand-rod puppet for the most part, as opposed to a Creature, which is "much more life-like, detailed, and technically advanced when compared to Muppet characters." --Andrew, Andrew Leal (talk) 15:06, 30 April 2006 (UTC)
