When did they speak in raspy voices? In Learning About Numbers they only meow, but Big Bird can understand them. -- Scott (talk) 04:41, 7 July 2006 (UTC)

I'm working from memory here, but in the show itself, they often spoke and sang in raspy, purring voices, much like Henrietta Pussycat on Mr. Ropgers Neighborhood but without the constant "Meow meow meow" repetition. Andrew Leal (talk) 05:18, 11 July 2006 (UTC)
