Another She Drives Me Crazy query. I'd uploaded this, assuming the woman was Carol Alt since she's seen in close contact with Ron Greschner, Alt's then-husband, which seemed logical. Now, I'm not so sure. The recent pictures, where she seems to have had work done, don't help, nor do the glamour shots.
