Inflation?

So... there's inflation of the first few weeks of box office grosses? Really? They can calculate inflation down to the week (or at least the month), so soon after it happens? (I'm referring to The Muppets' $65, or $68 after inflation.) -- Zanimum 19:50, December 11, 2011 (UTC)

Where are those numbers coming from? I'm not sure what you're referring to. Could be a typo, or an estimate vs. actual, or total vs domestic, or something else. The two columns for 2011's "The Muppets" should be the same number. -- Brad D. (talk) 16:38, December 14, 2011 (UTC)
The Inflation numbers came from Box Office Mojo (http://boxofficemojo.com/franchises/chart/?id=muppets.htm), where they show a (minimal) difference between the unadjusted and the adjusted number.
Ah, I see. Their adjusted amount is calculated based on average ticket prices vs the actual gross which is based on actual sales. -- Brad D. (talk) 19:16, December 14, 2011 (UTC)

Good Boy!

Shouldn't Good Boy! be included on this list? After all, its from Jim Henson Pictures. (Similar to Buddy, and Buddy is included on this list.)--Gonzofan 04:30, December 12, 2011 (UTC)

Yeah, we should probably revisit the inclusion of Buddy (since something like The Witches, which has a stronger claim, isn't on there; decide if we want to just limit it to Muppet movies and the two Creature Shop films Jim directed or co-directed, Labyrinth and Dark Crystal), but that's also a Creature Shop production, not just a Henson movie. Good Boy! was produced by Henson but has no Muppets, no Creatures, etc. so it's out of our purview here as far as box office tracking (same goes for MirrorMask and so on). -- Andrew Leal (talk) 17:05, December 12, 2011 (UTC)
