Yankee Dandy Edit

Just read this article from the Wall Street Journal about Bonnie Erickson and was wondering if the information contained within would be appropriate for this article. It seems like a short-lived mascot for the biggest market team in Major League Baseball might be worth noting. It seems that she fought with blusterous Yankee owner George Steinbrenner over the color of the mascot's fur. The end of the article notes that the original Dandy was destroyed in 2000 to clear out some storage space.
