Should this be mentioned? http://youtu.be/i5vUmHx1T_M?t=2m19s Boppity Frackle 11:50, October 15, 2011 (UTC)
Where does the info that Bill Barretta performed Big Mean Carl come from? He sounds more like Brian Henson to me (not that that necessarily counts for anything). If it is Bill, that would mean he played both of the main characters for the Swift Wits segments. And, I'm fairly certain he's played characters in other scenes with Carl. --Justin 18:14, 11 April 2008 (UTC)
- He mentioned it in an interview with MuppetZine. -- MuppetDude 18:16, 11 April 2008 (UTC)
- Okay. Thank you. Actually, I started thinking about it shortly after posting that. some of his inflections do sound like some of Bill's other characters, and I guess you don't ever actually see Snookie Blyer in the same shot as Carl. I wasn't sure, though. He kinda sounds like he could have been played by either. --Justin 19:14, 11 April 2008 (UTC)
- One source for the name is Episode 212: Johnny Fiama Leaves Home. Random KMUP employee to Carla the Big Mean Mom: "You look just like Big Mean Carl!" True, Carl the Big Mean Blank was used more often, but there is a source for this one, and it's less awkward as a title. -- Andrew Leal (talk) 03:25, 16 December 2006 (UTC)
