A. Delaney illustrated this book too?
Edit
Today I saw a copy of this book at my local library and scanned through it, and I noticed that it appeared to credit A. Delaney as the illustrator. The illustrations were also done in her style. Judging by the alternate older cover on this (which appears to be the Mel Crawford version), I think in the early 1980s the book might've been reissued with new illustrations. The video version of Everyone Makes Mistakes also reused the illustrations of Little Bird from this book (the version at the library) to add him to the story (he wasn't in the original book). Did anyone catch this? --Wile e2005 21:13, 30 December 2008 (UTC)
- You're right -- good catch, Danny! I just fixed the page to add A. Delaney as the original illustrator. -- Danny

- Danny D just changed this article, saying that Mel Crawford illustrated the original 1977 version, and A. Delaney the 1983 version. I don't have either edition of the book, so I don't know which is which. Can anyone else confirm which version is the original? -- Danny

- I found my copy of the Delaney edition, with copyright and reissue dates, so yes, the Crawford one is the original. -- Andrew Leal (talk) 00:49, 6 May 2009 (UTC)
