Cool new article, never knew of this series. Just wondering-- should the performers be redlinked? I know we cover Henson performers who also have more Muppety credits, we cover Creature Shop performers, and we cover foreign puppeteers working on co-productions of Sesame Street and that French Muppet Show, but do we cover puppeteers of Henson international productions? -- Zanimum 15:29, June 5, 2012 (UTC)
- Aren't the characters (Jet, Fidget, Portia, Jinx, and Gypsy) Muppets? Wouldn't there performers be Muppeteers (aka - Muppet Performers)? I know the show wasn't a US show, but neither was The Hoobs, Mopatop's Shop, or Construction Site. It was a Henson-produced puppet show made before the sale of the Muppets to Disney...doesn't that make it a Muppet show? -- Brad D. (talk) 15:43, June 5, 2012 (UTC)
- As far as aesthetics goes, they're halfway between Creatures and Muppets, but more Muppety (mostly due to the materials) (and for Hoobs and Mopatop, there's no question, they were labeled and marketed as Muppets; Construction Site is more Bob the Builder-esque and we haven't broken out any pages from it, so it hasn't been an issue). The big problem is really that we don't have a copy of the show or its credits to decide how to handle, or if there's even really much to say about most of the performers (someone like David Collins, who also worked on Farscape, would definitely net a page). I'd really say right now, it doesn't matter much. I'm fine with classing it as a Muppet TV show, but I don't think we have enough info yet to break anybody out who doesn't have another connection. -- Andrew Leal (talk) 19:28, June 5, 2012 (UTC)
