Reference

Given the name of the orchestra and the bushy white hair and mustache, I think a mention of the conductor's resemblance to Arthur Fiedler might be appropriate. Powers 15:18, 13 November 2006 (UTC)

Character name

On the Kermitage I think they said his name was Pops.Mr.Penguin

Many of the names on Kermitage were fan-created. Jog complied that list, so he should be able to clear this up for us. -- Peter (talk) 17:25, 26 June 2006 (UTC)
Kermitage referred to the entire orchestra as The Pops, in reference to The Boston Pops which the group was modeled after, not as a character name for the conductor. And as Peter pointed, Kermitage names were taken from Jog's lists and as such often represent his own best judgement for labels when no name was included in the sketch.
