In the DVD commentary for Muppets from Space this exchange takes place between Rizzo and Gonzo during the breakfast table scene right after Dr. Bunsen Honeydew says "Good morning, Baab":

Rizzo: Oh, Baab the Sheep (heh heh), Baab the Sheep!

Gonzo: Yeah, Baab the Sheep was great.

Rizzo: Yeah he was terrific.
