- It's not implied. The see also is just because of the shared name. The pictures are different enough that, in this case, recycling isn't a ncessary assumption, so I'd say no unless we find out they did in fact modify the beak, eyes, other elements, etc. which I date (in contrast to recycling cases where it's exactly the same puppet, if slightly cleaned up, like when Murray has been re-used as a utility puppet). -- Andrew Leal (talk) 21:27, 13 October 2007 (UTC)
- It is the same puppet used for both (the character was rebuild a few years later; there are some YouTube videos that prove it) and the same name, but they are meant to be different characters. I found out in the third Panwapa episode: Athena mentions that her uncle is Hoots, while Athena is Hoots' granddaughter. -- MuppetDude 18:41, 1 August 2008 (UTC)
