The article says that she's been credited on Sesame Street with her married name, Alison Bartlett O'Reilly, for years... Should we move the article to that name? -- Danny (talk) 13:13, 1 July 2009 (UTC)
- Our general policy has been to go with the name used by the person in their Muppet context. In this case, it's a long-term cast member whose billing changed, and by no means recently, so yeah, I'd say a move probably makes sense in this case (though with fictional works or companies, I favor sticking to the name first or most often used as far as their Muppet connection is concerned, as I just noted at Talk:Emmet Otter's Jug-Band Christmas (stage show) and as has come up here and there, but that's not the same thing to my mind). -- Andrew Leal (talk) 21:59, September 29, 2009 (UTC)
- The source is cited. All biographical information, outside of what was obtained from IMDb and IBDb, came from the article "From Sesame Street to the Sopranos." The only reason the dog allergy isn't in the main body is I didn't know how to integrate it, so I put it as trivia. -- Andrew Leal (talk) 18:01, 6 November 2006 (UTC)
