Since Special Pages still aren't working, things like this slip through the cracks. An anonymous user created it, uncategorized. It needs a complete rewrite, and moreover, a fact check as far as the Sesame Street claim. He may have appeared, but in what context? If anyone wants to lend a hand, feel free.
