A set of full-body puppet/costumes of Takalani Sesame characters were made to promote the South African co-production of Sesame Street.

The full-body characters -- Zikwe, Kami, Neno, Moshe and Zikwe -- visited several schools and other venues to perform. They were also used for a global action week to promote education.
