Tabitha St. Germain is an American-born Canadian voice actress who voiced Kitty on Dog City. She originally worked in Toronto where she was credited as Paulina Gillis, the name she used for most of her career until the late 1990s, after moving to Vancouver.
Her other Toronto credits include Ginger the Spider on Beetlejuice, Ms. Demeanor on C.O.P.S., Augie Shumway on ALF Tales, and Rarity on The Hub's My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic.
