TDX Mediactive was a division of TDK recording corporation. It was formed in 2000 with the merger of BWT Labs and Sound Source Interactive. TDK Mediactive was purchased by Take-Two and was renamed Take-Two Licensing in 2003, the TDK Mediactive brand abandoned in 2004. TDK Mediactive published a couple of Muppet video games in 2002 and 2003.
