Swampy is a Grouch who appeared in Sesame Street episode 4104 as a contestant to win a position as Donald Grump's helper on "The Grouch Apprentice." He was fired very early in the process. His name is a take on Kwame Jackson, who appeared on the reality series The Apprentice.
