Stuntkip is a chicken who joined the cast of Sesamstraat (the Dutch co-production of Sesame Street) in 2008. Always accompanied by her hare friend Angsthaas, Stuntkip is a daredevil chicken.
Introduced in 2008, Stuntkip (Stunt Chicken) was created to address the issues of childhood fears. Editor Ajé Boschhuizen, in developing the character, stated that if a chicken can face visits to the doctor or barber, the experiences would seem less frightening to small children.
