Stinky the Stinkweed is a living stinkweed from Sesame Street. At times he's a bit self-conscious about his smelly lot in life, but he's generally a very friendly plant. He doesn't hesitate to ask for a favor, "If it's not too much of a bother."

Stinky first appeared on Sesame Street in Season 25.
- Episode 3408 (Season 27): "Coming soon on Sesame Street" segment features Stinky saying "This bud's for you, Benny!"
- Episode 3409 (Season 27): Gina tends to Stinky's plant needs, while struggling to think of what gift to give Benny Rabbit for his birthday. The present? Green Benny Rabbit-shaped slippers.
- Episode 3665 (Season 29): Coming soon on Sesame Street: Stinky pretends to be a cowboy, and Snuffy pretends to be a horse.
- Episode 3714 (Season 29): Coming soon on Sesame Street: Stinky thinks he's in love with Maria ...
- Episode 3849 (Season 30): Gabi shows Natasha some of the flowers in the garden, and Stinky accidentally frightens Natasha when he greets her. Gabi shows Natasha that Stinky is not dangerous or scary, and that he's different from other plants yet he's also the same as Natasha in some ways. Natasha is no longer scared of Stinky, so they play a game of "Plant-a-Boo."
