Steve Kratz (b. 1961) is a Swedish voice actor who voiced Valemon as a polar bear (supplied by Jim Henson's Creature Shop) in the original language version of The Polar Bear King. He later dubbed various characters in Leksakernas Hemliga Liv (The Secret Life of Toys). He voiced Ace Hart and others for Dog City. He voiced Bert in Bert och Ernie på äventyr (Bert and Ernie's Great Adventures), Räkna med Greven (Count TV) and on Lek med mig i Sesam (Play With Me Sesame).
Kratz has also dubbed roles in the Creature Shop effect movies The Flintstones in Viva Rock Vegas, Stuart Little 2 (as Falcon), and Dr. Dolittle (as Dr. John Dolittle and a rat).
Kratz graduated from an acting school in Stockholm in 1989, initially playing gentle types. That quickly changed, due to his appearance and style of acting, and now he often portrays more sinister types on stage.
His film and TV credits include BlackJack, Beck, Tomten är far till alla barnen, and Kommissarie Winter. Voice credits include The New Adventures of Winnie the Pooh (as Tigger in the first 13 episodes), Batman: The Animated Series, Scooby-Doo, Where Are You! (as Scooby-Doo), Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and many others.
