Officer Stan is a police officer who caught Lefty the Salesman stealing the Golden AN. He hears Lefty reviewing the plan: "I take the Golden AN and put it in the tan van, Give it to dan who takes it to Fran" and arrests Lefty the Salesman who says "I should have ran."
