Spill O'Reilly is a Grouch newscaster for the Grouch News Network. Introduced by Sesame Workshop Executive Vice President Sherrie Westin on The O'Reilly Factor, Spill is a parody of FOX News personality Bill O'Reilly.
While on the show, Spill welcomed viewers to the "No-Spew Zone", and plugged his book, A Stinky Rotten Pile of Grouchiness, parodying O'Reilly's slogan "The No-Spin Zone" and his 2008 book A Bold Fresh Piece of Humanity.
